At Norwel we recognise the importance of maintaining an on-going dialogue with clients in relation to the success and usefulness of their Norwel implementation.
Retaining clients is important to our future and we invest the necessary amount of resource to ensure success in this area. At Norwel we are proud to say that we have a number of existing client relationships which date back to as early as 1981.
Following implementation clients are allocated an Account Manager who then conducts regular review meetings, keeps in touch with key members of staff and is your first port of call regarding the on-going progress of your Norwel implementation.
Regular User Groups ensure that clients have the opportunity to meet with other Norwel users, review existing applications and their use of them and see the latest Norwel software available. User groups are sub-divided into Finance, Case Management and Marketing ensuring that the content is meaningful and of value to attendees.
