Senior C#/VB.NET Software Developer

The Job To be considered for this position, you will be expected to have a good degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field and ideally have at least two years experience of Microsoft C#, ASP .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. The Opportunity You will be working in a challenging environment as part of a small dedicated team primarily in C#.Net, making use of MS SQL database. You will be involved in all elements of an enterprise system, from the database engine through to the business rules layer and the user interface. You will develop solutions varying from Desktop to Client/Server to Web applications. You will be responsible for specific projects/applications for the full life-cycle from initial discussion to implementation. Case and Matter Management Analyst Involvement at all levels of each Case and Matter Management project cycle from initial instruction through to implementation, training and ongoing review / support, including:
Knowledge of other programming tools and languages (VB Scripting, HTML, SQL etc) and/or experience in CRM/Marketing software would be desirable, but not essential. Experience of work within a Legal environment is desirable, but also not essential.
The position is based at Norwel’s office in Cheadle but frequent travel across the U.K. will be required. The applicant would therefore require a full driving licence. The business operates in a highly dynamic environment and therefore it is anticipated that this role will present a challenging opportunity for the right individual.
