Bristol City Council Select Norwel Prescient+

Bristol City Council Legal Department have selected Norwel’s Prescient+ Case Management system to replace its existing system. Prescient+ will be rolled out to 100 users within the legal department from April 2011. It will provide staff with Case and Matter Management, Time Recording, Document Management and Court Bundling. The Council went through a detailed selection process, involving both presentations and visits to other users, with the key business objectives being at the forefront of the review process.
Joanne Mansfield Bristol’s Principal Solicitor said, "as part of our key requirements we wanted a system which would be easy for the team to utilise, and at the same provide tools which will support the team in handling the increasing workload faced by the legal department" "Like all public sector bodies we are faced with increasing demands coupled with resource constraints. The Norwel system will help us address these challenges" "I was also impressed with the way Norwel approached the project and the detailed implementation planning." |
