The system is modular so that clients can select and use the most appropriate modules for their case department, reflecting the differing types of legal teams found within the Public sector.
In addition information can be shared and accessed by other departments using the Prescient+ Client Web Portal tool. This can be used to provide both internal and external clients with access to summary or detailed information on case files, being handled by the department. It can also provide management reports (such as expenditure to date). To further add efficiency the portal can also be used to take case/matter instruction direct from clients if required
