The success of our approach is grounded in our ability to understand our Clients requirements. Once these have been established we identify the risks, costs and resources required to deliver the project within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. The appointed project manager is responsible for:

  • Defining a detailed project plan
  • Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
  • Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
  • Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
  • Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
  • Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through the change management process
  • Defining and collecting metrics to indicate how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
  • Managing the project plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
