The Norwel development teams were recently praised for their dedication, sharp knowledge and quick thinking by Cobbetts IT Business Service Manager, Kevin Goosman. Norwel’s Developer Phil Dobson was the key player who took charge in assisting the integration of Cobbetts Connect CRM System with Norwel. As a sign of his appreciation Kevin highlighted this in an email sent to Norwel staff about Phil’s performance;
“I wanted to thank you for your efforts a few weekends ago when we were all working hard over long hours to do what was necessary to get the Cobbetts Connect CRM system (Pivotal) up and running, fully integrated with Norwel, and ready for implementation that following Monday. I know you put in long hours on the Saturday. Nicola indicated to me that you really needed to get back home that day and I appreciate that you stayed on much longer than was ever originally expected. You then volunteered to return for further work on the Sunday.
I can honestly say that the project would not have gone live on the Monday without your dedication and flexibility.
I have personally thanked both Harry Dickinson (Software Director) and Alan Richardson (Sales Director) for your efforts and help but I am copying them on this email for good measure. I hope they appreciate your efforts as much as I do!”
