Mystery solved!
Stephensons’ I.T. Department have actually implemented the new Robot function as part of their upgrade to "Prescient", the acclaimed 2nd generation Case Management offering from Norwel. The "Robot" is a scheduled session of Prescient that runs early each morning and begins processing a variety of outstanding tasks - producing standard e-mails, texts, letters and documents; updating case records and transferring packets of data to on-line Case Tracker systems. When all processing is completed, the Robot then automatically schedules a further set of tasks, before returning back to "sleep" for another 23 hours.
Norwel's new Robot function can be applied to most routine tasks where no human intervention is required - from the automatic production and printing of initial Confirmation of Instruction letters and documents, to the production and sending of standard e-mails chasing missing information. Detailed activity reports provide peace of mind that all tasks are completed automatically on time and without exception – allowing Fee Earners to concentrate on the more profitable aspects of the case.
The Robot can be implemented and configured by Norwel, or following training, by your I.T. team.
