Designed to support your staff and file review processes this application provides a holistic view of performance and the contribution made by each department, team and individual.
Individuals are presented with a Monthly Performance Review Form detailing key statistical data and agreed objectives. The same information plus KPIs is summarised at both Team and Department level.
Financials and KPIs - WIP is displayed by team and department for the current month and year to date, detailing actual versus target.
The statistical information available includes gross contribution with percentage variances for hours billed, cash received, fees, margin and a free text section for comments or suggestions.
In addition the display features the fee earner’s top 5 WIP balances showing fee estimates, top 5 debt balances, Head of Department Comments on outstanding debt and debt total, current month, 1 month and 2+ months.
For team performance reviews the application features objectives, actions taken, outcome, actions required, obstacles to progress and specific successes. Team objectives include agreed business development or other team objectives aligned to the firms Business Plan.
Marketing spend versus budget is attributable to each team or practice area and clients new to the business and new to the team are monitored. The objective is to draw clear correlations between business development activity and the generation of new business.
