Archiving

Norwel’s Archiving module gives users the opportunity to keep matters organised to the highest standard. Archiving differentiates between current and completed matters. Matters are flagged as closed and no longer appear on live matter reports. All time and financial transactions are retained so that in the event that the file is re-opened a full history of activity is available to the fee earner. User defined restrictions ensure that files with balances or open items are rejected for archiving.

The benefits of using Archiving are:
·         Matters can be placed in an ‘Awaiting Archives’ list
·         Tree View ‘ matters available for printing
·         Easy to use interface
