At Norwel we recognise the importance of training in relation to the ongoing success of an implementation and with this in mind a training needs assessment is conducted as part of the pre-implementation process and subsequent courses provided which are tailored to the specific requirements of your Practice.
’Train the trainer’ courses are available enabling your Firm to retain and utilise the knowledge acquired and provide ongoing 'in-house' training programs without the need to involve Norwel.
Training refresher courses designed to highlight the often overlooked or under-utilised features of Norwel applications are also provided.
All of our training courses are accompanied by detailed user manuals. Practical exercises are included when appropriate providing hands-on experience for delegates and serving as progress indicators to the trainer.
As training providers we appreciate the importance of understanding the practical issues surrounding the use of legal software in a working environment. Training is therefore undertaken by experienced Norwel staff possessing an in-depth knowledge of the software and its practical application and experience in delivering training courses to all levels of staff.
