The Norwel Team Keeps Growing

Continuing our commitment to deliver good services with knowledgeable people the last 6 months have seen 5 new staff join Norwel including;

Gregg Linnell, Development Manager.

Having previously worked for another legal software supplier for 12 years in roles starting from Junior Developer and right up to Development Manager. Gregg has a vast range of experience across the legal application development domain, from integrating with third party applications to keeping up with the latest changes from the LSC.

Lisa Entwistle, Case Management Analyst and Trainer.

Lisa has 11 years experience in the Legal sector. She started her career working as a legal executive handling a conveyancing case load. Lisa's experience ranges from project management of software implementation, consultancy and management. She is also a IITT TPMA & IITT TAP certified trainer with vast experienced in developing and delivering end user training, incorporating e-learning and consultancy on best practice for IT Learning implementation/team management


Sapan Sidher, Junior Developer

Sapan joins us with 3 years Legal development experience, 5 years web development experience.


Lauren Barnshaw, Help Desk Support.


Having worked for Royal London Pensions Lauren moved to work in the legal sector and has spent two years working on the helpdesk  within a large legal practice


Dawn Dutton  joined us recently and willl be working with our dedicated team of Trainers and Consultants as she has managed and trained on a number of projects in her former roles.  Dawn is from a private practice background, a licensed conveyancer who has worked at Pannones, Slater Heelis, Hague Lambert and Brunel Franklin for a number of years in IT Training, Fee Earning and operations management roles. 

Ian Singleton will be joining us in mid July as a  Product Specialist. Ian has been a Legal Cashier at Lupton Fawcett and Kevills. In his former roles he was responsible for the time recording, billing, cashiering and credit control software, doing a helpdesk role, QA, documentation, training and pre-implementation work.

 

Nicola Jones has joined the Norwel Helpdesk Team.  She has 9 year experience within the legal accounting field working previously for Cobbetts LLP and DWF LLP.  Her main reason for choosing Norwel was the ease of use of the software; having used Norwel for 8 of her 9 years experience she was an obvious choice for us.  Nicola will be the first point of call to log any questions or queries regarding Norwel software usage, ensuring more issues can be dealt with on the initial call and call back times reduced.
